Is there a plan to include PHP Upload 3 with the insert data bindings executor?

I use the insert database binding but cannot get the filename to be taken form "file field" and the dreamweaver "Upload File", "Filename" is not visible in the Database Executor so seem to be unable to have a consistent site just using the database connector / binder suite of extensions I have to go back to the dreamweaver file uploader and of course cannot insert the file name at the same time as I insert all the other prerequisites for the insert. Is there any plans to get the Pure PHP Uploader included in the database binder / updater suite?Keith
