After removing version 2 and installing version 3 into my CS6, when I go to insert the Pure PHP Upload function, I now see BOTH versions listed! Any ideas why version 2 might still be lurking around? Replies

Please download and install the DMXzone Extension Manager.
Using it - uninstall the old version and reinstall the new one.
