Discount problems with shopping cart

Hi again!

Ive found a problem with the shopping cart when a client ordered with an unvalid discount.

If you put discounts in your shopping cart, for let say 2 or more items, the client put 2 items, gets the discount, but if the client changes the number of items back to 1, the discount stays, client checks out and gets the discount even if he buys only one item.
