When trying to insert the template it says the the HTML 5 Image Enhancer extension is not installed. I have removed both the HTML 5 Image Enhancer extension and the template. Closed DW and restarted the computer. I then installed HTML5 Image Enhancer and then installed the Template. I start DW. After trying to open another file I am prompted to enter the registration number and account credentials to install both the HTML 5 Image Enhancer and Template. I then quite DW and then restart.
When I attempt to insert the template again into a new page I get the same error message. HTML5 Image Enhancer Extension is missing.

Hello, i have this Problem too.
I installed the extensions with serials and registration keys, no problems, but when i try to insert the Universal Bootstrap Template to an new site project, the error message says "This design template requires the "HTML5 Image Enhancer", although it is installed.
So i can`t open the Universal bootstrap template. Please help.

I have a similar error message saying, that the extension (template) cannot be installed because a Stylesheet from Sliding Billboard in
".../configuration/temp/UniversalBootstrapTemplate/shared/DMXzone/Templates/UniversalBootstrapTemplate/Styles/dmxSlidingBillboard/apple_inspired_light/apple_inspired_light.css"
is in use.

I replied via my Iphone this morning but I don't see the reply here so I am reposting.
I am using Mac OXS 10.8.3 and DW CS6

I have reported the problem with templates a number of times and still no joy on fixing it, not a single template I have purchased or downloaded free will install.
I know and you know I have virtually every PHP extension you offer, can you fix this please, particularly on the two templates I purchased, I'm starting to get annoyed now.
Look forward to a fix.
