What about making a DMXzone extension with extra special DMXzone elements for the Bootstrap Elements extension named "Bootstrap Elements DMX Plus".

Sliding Panels can be a one good extension for that, but needs the option of using the Bootstrap Navigation to handle the Sliding Panels Paging.

But any extension can be used for that. And you have the possibility to add extra elements by upgrading the extension.

I would pay for that!

Bootstrap styles are really awesome, so you will see more and more integration in the future with out existing and upcoming extensions.
