The only issue that you can run into is that the extension (in your case it will be the Universal CSS Nav Menu) to be incompatible with the jQuery version used in Bootstrap. We are currently updating all DMXzone extensions that are using jQuery to the newest versions, which is also the one used in the bootstrap.
About reCAPTCHA - it should work fine with a from, build with Bootstrap.
