Elements are not showing up. Should have been an easy thing for this price. Too frustrated trying to use this thing over the last 4 hours.

How do I get a refund?????????

First off have you restarted DW after installing the elements?
IF you have not, please, do so.
Check if you have Insert Panel/Bar visible - go to Window menu and see if Insert is checked (that must be the first item in the Window menu). If not -check it.
In the Insert Panel/Bar in the elements categories you must have Bootstrap elements one set. You can use the elements in this category.

Both extensions are installed. I've removed, restarted, removed again and restarted again. When I restarted, I added the extensions one at a time and together. I've added the elements window to both places and it still doesn't work. It keeps saying, select an element and sometimes I'm able to toggle the inline form property but nothing else becomes visible.

Please be a little more detailed - what exactly "does not work" ?
Are you referring to the Bootstrap Elements Panel, that you use to INSERT elements on your page OR to the Bootstrap elements properties panel, where you edit their settings?
