The instructions in the Database Connector PHP, HTML5 Data Bindings, and HTML5 DataBindings Formatter show examples of list generation. I also need to create forms to collect the information to populate the lists. Can I use database connectior files to collect data elements? if so, do you have examples - i.e. loginformaction, insert, etc.

At the moment I have a page I need to send form data into a database doing insert.

I also will have several pages to do an edit/update on, but will start with the insert question.
