Having spent 900euro on 30 extensions I am not happy.

I see a few people boasting about the high tech nature and features of your Database tools and I cannot even connect to my databases.

Hostgator support said this: Now unfortunately I would not know what exactly is causing that issue but PDO is definitely enabled on the server. The only thing I can recommend is that you contact the developers of the extension to investigate or provide you further information on the error you are receiving as there is nothing on our end that we can do in regards to a connection issue especially with an extension unfortunately.

Also I requested a discount because I didn't know you needed Smart Image processor to resize photos on upload from Php upload 3.
Having spent so much yesterday I thought you would be fair.....really poor customer service there.....you should value a loyal customer like me because it has soured my whole attitude towards you with my bad experience.

The issue was caused by the fact Aidan was using a local testing server, that did not have a PDO enabled.
Changing the local testing server to the remote one, where the database is located and where the PDO is enabled, solved the problem.
