Guys, this product isn't working for me. I have tried to get tech support via chat, and no answer. I have tried for refund via chat, and no answer. I would like to cancel the license and get my money back. What do I need to do to do that?

Hello Tom,
If nobody answers in the chat that means that simply all of the agents are busy with other clients and will reply to your request(s) via email, as soon as there are free agents.

The database connector is being used by thousands of people without issues, and the statement "isn't working for me" makes me think that there is something wrong in your configuration. Please be a little more detailed explaining your issues.

In any case, here are more details:

I am working with an Access DB with file name "vanppol.mdb" and ODBC designation "vanpoollist"

The error is always a 404, but it's an odd error to get. The program is essentially writing new file(s) and uploading them to the web server (they are the same file structure locally as remotely). How can the program not find a file that it itself has created and uploaded? (That's an open question, not a sarcastic, rhetorical one, I assure!) I checked and re-checked file structure, and to ensure that the created files were in the same place remotely as locally. They are, but I still get 404. Not a permissions error or a 500 internal server, but a 404. This is odd to me, anyway.

In the Connector window, under "Connection," I designate "vanpool" as the "Name" and "Access ODBC" as "Database Type". (Note: In one of my troubleshoots, I changed Name "vanpool" to "vanpoollist" just to check to see if it wanted my "official" ODBC name in this field. I still got the 404.)

Under "Access Properties", I designate "Access ODBC Mdb" for field "Version" and "C:\inetpub\vhosts\spcregion.org\httpdocs\database\vanpool.mdb" for "Full Path To database File" field. The tooltip tells me "full path", so this is what I started with. After several 404s, just to be thorough, I tried ALL relative paths one can glean from the full one, most especially "database\vanpool.mdb", which makes the most intuitive sense, and still 404s.

For Username and Password fields, I initially left them blank, b/c there are no PWs set on the DB server side. Just to be thorough, in a few troubleshoots, I entered my FTP username and password I use simply to publish files, thinking it might be asking for that, but 404s, as expected.

I did not change anything in "Connection Wide Options' exept a few times I checked the debugging box just to see if I would get a more detailed error message. I got the same 404.

I would be the first to concede that I am probably doing or not doing something entirely obvious/idiotic, but I definitely need another set of eyes on this to see what's going on. Now, I do admit to still being peeved that I need multiple extensions to replicate the DW Server Behaviors, even after getting I might get this thing to work for me, but right now, this is what I have, and yours is the help I need! I thank you in advance for any help you can offer, and let me know if you need anything else.
