Now that I have the text area problem resolved, my question is how to limit the records by member number (another field in the record) so the individual only sees the appropriate lines. I can limit it to a specific number at this point but want to make that a selection to choose by.

Can you please be a little more detailed describing what exactly do you need to achieve?

I want to create a view to only show the results if it matches the member number field (memnum).
With the page I created, I get the results for a specific member number(field name is memnum) but I want the display to be if someone enters a member number that they bring up the correct results for the records.
Also with the page I created, when I go to edit that record and then see the results, the results for all records display. I want to keep the filter of the member number on this set of records.
