Create forms for insert/update at time of creating Action?

I'm not lazy but................. Creating forms over and over drives me mad and slows my pace down dramatically (even though I have a huge repository of previously created forms).....Is it a viable concept to create these forms (Bootstrap) at the time of creating the Action? And is it something DMX could build in to the Database Updater?
Am smiling like a Cheshire Cat (English saying) as I write this
