Just purchased Database Updater and have installed it only my iMac. Started Dreamweaver CC 2017. But could not find how to start the Database Updater extension. The only mention of it is under the 'Site' menu, at the bottom ''DMXzone Database Updater' which gives you two other options when you hover over it:

1. Manage Database Actions
2. Manage Database Executors

As I needed to open the Server Action Tab I clicked on the 'Manage Database Action', it seemed quite logical. However, I got a pop-up error message:

"The following JavaScrip error(s) occurred:
Unable to open script file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017:Configuration:SharedMXzone:dmxDatabaseConnector:dmxDatabase Common_lib.js" (error 2)."

I am building a working prototype educational application for my college project. The FREE database, binding and server behaviour from DMXzone were working perfectly till I updated my CC apps to 2017. I can still connect to the database, insert and update records, but cannot delete them. Try to set up a delete php page, and get a different error message pop-up. When I clear it, it does allow me to set up the page, but will not run, meaning I cannot delete any records.

I thought this may be a Mac problem, but I tried it on my windows laptop and get the same results.

Please can someone help me overcome this challenge.

Hello David,
Server Behaviors were removed by Adobe from DW CC as they produce old and outdated code.

You can see how to setup a database connection and update/insert/delete db records in the tutorials here:
