I have followed setup exactly per these two videos.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7tpWD03spw (I did notice on this video the binding was for security provider executor, where instructions above had me use Server Connect Executor, which I did)

It will restrict access to only users that are logged in, but will allow access to any logged in user, even though I specified admin only in the enforcer. This is an URGENT issue, any help would be greatly appreciated. Would be happy to send you anything you need.
