This is more of sales support problem I guess, but having not been able to reach Live Support, I thought I might try here. Recently I purchased the Nivo Slider 3. I downloaded it and copied the serial number. While trying to install, it wanted me to register. A password was supposed to be sent to my email address. That email never showed up. So I went on my profile and made my own password. Then I noticed that on my DMXzone profile the purchase was SUDDENLY GONE and when I try to register my purchase, it says that the serial key isn't valid and it "cannot find the sale."

I'm not sure who to direct this to, but it has been very frustrating to say the least.
