I installed Nivo Slider 3 and try to use it in my webpage. When I insert this extension from the Insert panel I get the message: please use this behaviour on page with dmxzone nivo 3 slider on it.

What can I do to use this behaviour?

Looking at the error it seems you are trying to add a control DMXzone Nivo Slider 3 behavior on the page, without first inserting it on the page.
Are you sure you are using the Insert Panel (Window > Insert) ?
