Change Preset when added from Gallery

I have added a lightbox when creating a gallery.How do I edit the preset for the lightbox?
The file name is showing at the top which I would rather change for the title from the gallery or remove.
I would also like to remove the Info and options link in the bottom left corner.

As it is shown on my screenshot and as it is described in the manual - this is the insert panel, not the top menu named insert....
