Hello,
Could you please be a little more detailed? Please explain step by step what exactly are you doing and when exactly do you see the error message?
What is your OS? which version of DW are you using?

Sorry for the delay, everything works fine until I select OK to add the gallery to the html page. That is when the message comes up. I have tried one, 1, 5, & 10 images and also a complete folder.
I am using CC 2015 build 7714, windows 7

Please reinstall the extension using DMXzone Extension Manager, also - could you please send me one of the photos that crash your gallery?

I have this problem too. This extension is just not fit for purpose.
I originally tried it using my iMac (10.10.4) using DW CC 2015, but when inserting from the insert tab, the dialogue window that comes up will not accept mouse clicks and freezes DW - only way out is to force quit from the apple logo. i tried it with CC2014 and 5.5. Same problem. Obviously no one tried it on a Mac!
I chatted online with Milo who promised to get in touch with me that day or the next but I have heard nothing.
I borrowed a Windows 8.1 laptop (argh!) and installed DW CC 2014. This time I could insert the gallery, but kept getting the same error messages as Charles. It also removed most of the images I had downloaded the first time with the image resizer. However, it did install the js and css, so I was then able to process on my Mac by resizing and uploading images and manually altering the CSS, a lengthy process but at least it has got me out of a hole - deadline is this weekend for the website, of which this is a part. However, I have spent all day on something that I thought, by paying £32.00, I would be able to do in a few minutes.
So I am very disappointed in DMX zone, this is not up to standard.

Well, it is Thursday - Milo promised to email by Tuesday at the latest. Do you care about your customers?
I have since downloaded CC2015 to the Windows laptop - same script execution messages. Still not working on Macs.
Things will always go wrong, it's in the nature of things, but is how you deal with it when it does that counts. And I don't think you are dealing with this at all. Please prove me wrong and at least acknowledge you have read my posts and are intending to do something.

Well I'm guessing purchasing this apps was a mistake. Going to be real careful before purchasing another app from here.
I really liked version 1, guess ill find one somewhere else to purchase one or do it the old fashion way.

STILL NO REPLY from support after 9 days. I have spent £36.00 on a worthless app and they won't even acknowledge me. I'm afraid I have completely lost faith in DMX zone. I shall not be buying any more extensions from them.

12 days now. This is obviously a scam. Can you please refund me the money I spent on this worthless app. To not even reply over 12 days that you have read my posts is a clear sign that you have no interest in supporting your customers.

Sorry for the late reply - no this is not a scam. My colleagues must have contacted you already by email.
Our developers are currently working on a fix, which should be available next week.

Well I am very relieved, thank you for that reassurance. No, I have not had any emails.
I will look forward to the release of the app when it is fixed.
