It was never really supposed to be in the insert menu, but in the insert panel.

It appears in the "Insert" main menu tab in C5; however, now it appears in the "Window" main menu tab in 2020. I would include a screenshot, but apparently this reply window does not offer the option.

The tools like Animated Thumbnail Gallery 2 have always been supposed to be used from the Insert Panel (no window menu, no insert menu, no any other menu in dw).
Enable your Insert Panel and you will see it ... as it has always been!
