Yesterday I updated all my Adobe apps to CC2017. Today I tried to open an existing Cordova website in Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver generated the message that Cordova was not installed. So I reinstalled it. After I run the system check everything seems to be correctly installed. But after a few seconds a window pops up, showing the message 'Cordova is not installed'. Further more the loader left from the platform icon keeps turning and doesn't come to an end. I waited for over an hour. This means that I can't choose a platform.
Please can you help me to solve this problem.

I didn't get an answer on this topic nor via support and neither got response from your Live Chat. I waited for more than 3 hours last fryday and more than 5 hours today for a reply to my questions. No respons!
I think your support is very poor. This issue has already taken more than 4 weeks!
My last apply to you: would you please answer my questions? If not, I would like to have a refund on the purchase I've made. Cordova Builder is not working properly and I had hoped you would help me with this.

Hello Lisette,
I'm sorry to hear you could not connect to our live support, but when nobody answers this means all of our agents are busy with other users.
You don't have to spend 5 hours waiting - all of the messages you leave log into our support system, so we receive them as they log as tickets in there.
It is really hard to debug your issue, as we cannot recreate it on any of our machines and the cordova builder is working just fine. It appears there is something in your DW config that is causing this. You could try recreating the DW config folder to see if this fixes your issue:
Go to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC2017\<language>\Configuration and rename this folder to Configuration_old. Then restart your DW and it will recreate it. Reinstall the extensions after that, using the DMXzone Extension Manager.

I have problems, in the CS6 version works perfectly, not CC2015 and CC2017 does not work. Troubleshoot the same problem as the friend who created the topic.

Hello,

A restart of dreamveawer helped. Thank you.

Do you have some input or information to how an existing project like:

github.com/moodlehq/moodlemobile-phonegapbuild

or:

github.com/moodlehq/moodlemobile2

Can be edited via Cordova in DW?

Thank you,

Best Regards

Jens
