I'd like to have the same notify system than you've used to communicate the discounts or announcements (the red bar, fixed on the top, that disappear when you click on close button).

How can I create it with your extensions (I think is necessary to settings a cookie for the "close" button)?
Do you have a tutorial/video about it?
