Hello Bill,
This issue has been logged into our bug system and we are checking what can be done and if the problems come from the extension or is it your specific case where the problem exists.
Just an advice - there is no need to log your issues everywhere, as once you send it in the live chat system it automatically logs into our system. Flooding our support channels with the same issue, won't really speed up resolving it, but may cause additional delays.

Hello Teodor

Thank you for a response

Just an advice right back at you... when two emails to the support email address (and two ticket ID numbers) illicit no response, and a whole hour is spent waiting for somebody to even acknowledge I was on the tech support live chat, it may cause customers to wonder if they are being ignored. One additional message on the support forum is flooding?

You've already discussed this topic with Miro several times in the support chat.
Then you logged like 3 or 4 more tickets about the same thing, while clearly no agent was available when there had been no answer. Then you logged the same thing here, which you've already logged 5 times in the chat system.

Sorry, but you log something twice, then 100.000 people also log something twice, and this really becomes flooding, which of course leads only to delays.
Also - if nobody is answering then obviously no agents are available at the moment, which means they are busy with other customers with problems/questions.
Calling 10 times asking - "hello?" "Anybody there?" "Hi" "Are you there?" won't speed up our reply time also....

As Miro already explained you - we are checking where the issue you are having is coming from. We will provide a fix, if needed asap.

"we are online" it said on what looks like a chat feature on your website. How am I to know it logs anything at all? Asking if anybody is there on what looks like a chat room is NOT flooding.

Forget it. Lost customer... end of story. Take your arrogant attitude and shove it!

If nobody is answering it is clear that there are no operators available.
