Hello,
What is your database collation? What is your page charset set to?

Hi Teodor,
This is a old existent database in utf8. Charset of the page is set to utf8 also. But If I change the page to, ISO ISO-8859-1 It does not change.

In PHP version all works as intended. (old recordsets).

If both database and page are utf-8 then it all should be fine.
