I purchased and installed several DMX extensions (DMXzone Database Connector PHP, etc.). The extensions show up under the Site menu, but do not show up in the Windows menu so I can display the panels.

I cannot follow the DMX tutorials because I cannot open the panels as shown on the tutorials.

How do I get these panels to display?
