When trying to install DMXzone Server Connect in DW CC2018 it throws an error: An erro occurred while extracting the extension package dmxServerConnect-1.6.4.zxp

Please open the queue tab, remove everything and then install it again.

What exactly do you mean? Please try quit and restart DMXzone EM also.

I mean that in Queue I can remove anything but Server Connect. I reinstalled Extension Manager. Still can not install Server Connect 1.6.4. Same error is thrown. I will not risk losing 1.6.3. whilst I cannot install it again

That is why i suggested you to sign out of extension manger and then log in again. Then remove it from queue and install it again ...
