DMXZone server connect window in DW CC 2018 is gone

Maybe a silly question but the DMXZone Server connect window does not appear in my DW CC 2018. It was there but it disappeared today and I can't get it back. where can I enable it? I re-installed DW and the extension manager but nothing. Thanks
