I have installed the program and launched via dreamweaver CC, Unfortunately its just appears as a black screen with nothing inside, ive reinstalled but still not look any ideas? Replies

I have the same problem. I use CC2015 and Server Connect gives black screen

You need at least CC2017 or newer to use Server Connect. CC2021 is already out, so just update to the latest version.
