I suggest to remove margin-left:10px in ".checkbox-inline+.checkbox-inline" class inside bootstrap.css because this property causes unwanted left margin to checkbox-inline class. You can notice the anomaly when you have many checkboxes in checkbox group. This anomaly also occurs to radio group.

I can amend the css manually myself but I only suggest here if you can consider to fix the css out the box.

Thank you for your suggestion, but the margin -left is needed there, as otherwise the checkboxes are too close and don't look good.
