Get error can't get extension to install in the DMX Zone extension mgr.

Hi - after purchasing this extension(HTML5 Parallax Slider 2) i downloaded the .mxp and .zxp file as i have 2 copies of DW - CS6 and DW CC. I tired installing from the app in the DMXzone ext. mgr.and get error - not authorized to install. Extension is not showing up under purchases in the ext.mgr.I added serial # under redeem and it says it's invalid. Don't know what the problem is - Need your help - Thanks Replies

Hello,
using DMXzone EM you do not have to download the zxp/mxp files.
Just make sure you are logged in with the same account as you purchased the product with: zenia4231@jl-haas.com

I logged in with the same account. I only have one account. I repeat: get error - not authorized to install. Extension is not showing up under purchases in the ext.mgr.I added serial # under redeem and it says it's invalid. Do you need a screen shot? Am i out $55.00? -Thanks John

If you are logged in with the same account as the one you purchased your products with, the products will appear under purchased. Please double check you are logged in with the following email: zenia4231@jl-haas.com - log out and then log in.

I have double checked I am logged in on the ext.mgr with the correct email.

The extension shows up on my laptop under "purchased" and "not installed" it does not show up on my desktop in either place. When hit the download button i get " not authorized to install" error on both computers.

OK Teodor - i hit reset database in the ext.mgr and the extensions loaded correctly. So case closed - thanks for all your help!
