Modal view disappears every time adding an input from BS3 Form Designer

It is good finally I can view a modal in Design view but every time I add a BS3 Form Designer input inside the modal - the view will refresh and the modal disappears from view. So I have to click the Eye (show) icon every time after I added an input in the modal to make it visible again in order to add another input. If I have 10 form inputs then I have to repeat the step 10 times. Replies

Unfortunately we are experiencing the same issue with forms as well as a JavaScript error after shutting down Dreamweaver (when you try to open the Modal in the Components Window) and the disappearance of the Eye Icon (on Tabs) every time an item from Server Connect/HTML 5 Data Bindings is inserted. These errors appear in both Dreamweaver CS6 and CC2015.
