What would cause my modals not to respond to the Components Show action?

I am following the same procedure I've used on dozens of other pages, but for some reason, while trying to integrate DMXzone functions into another site, I cannot get the modal component to display. Can there be some older libraries (or something similar) that is causing a conflict?

I've tried un-installing and re-installing the extension, but that hasn't helped.

Hello Lee,
Is the problem in DW or on your page? If it is on the page, please provide a link to it.

I'm certain it's on my page. The component portion works the way it always has in DW (add, edit, display, etc.).

I'm guessing that some script file is not on my server, or is not being being linked from the page, but I haven't been able to figure out which it is. There are a few extra elements on the page (I tried firing the open modal from a link and a button)

Here is the file (and a similar one, that is also not working, from the same site)

This must be some really really old site. The jquery version in it is 5 years old: iogkf-membership.com/ScriptLibrary/jquery-latest.pack.js you can see it shows 1.7.2
Remove it from the local folder, close and reopen your page. A new file will be copied/created there, then upload it to the server.

Thank Teodor!! That worked perfectly, I'm not sure I could have found that one my own.
