Server Validation Validate Data does validate but does not fire Error styling

The validation works but the styling doesn't change, remains green (success) with right icon even though the validation does it work.

The dev console shows this message: "Value already exists in database."

Other validations like required, min, max work okay and will change to error style on blur when error, the only problem I encountered so far is with server validation data exists and not exists. I'm using Server Connect + App Connect.

Help me.
