After the emailer update this last weekend emails arrive with no date or time displayed or show a date and time of december 31, 1969. Really need to get this fixed - is there a way to roll back the extension to the earlier version. that one worked well and would like to get paid on two jobs right now but the forms are not working with the dates. I got response back last night from my chat entry yesterday, but was hoping to get this resolved today - please let me know.

Hello,
What email send component are you using? We've tested this with the gmail smtp server and there are no issues. What exactly do you mean by: "emails arrive with no date or time displayed or show a date and time of december 31, 1969" ??
Are you sure your mail server is properly setup?

Theodore I sent examples of the emails to you last night showing the sent date and time missing and also the incorrect date. I am using my same email server I have always used and never had a problem. Once again to answer your question I believe this happen after your last update . Showed fine before. This is my work from home business I do not have it here at day job.
Now I just updated my dmxmailer here at work and the email doesn't go thru at all. No errors on console. Form gets submitted to database but email does not go thru like it used to. I can give you settings for mail server so you can see yourself, but don't want to put them here - can you send me an email so i can send privately please.
Work site where emails not going thru at all now: www.ahiaagent.com/bizcards
other site where date and time come thru incorrectly: www.creationscakes.com
Other site where no date or time come thru www.redmccombspie.com
All our on the contact page and all are different email servers.

The examples you sent are logged as tickets as you sent them to support at dmxzone.com so i cannot really see what is wrong, as i do not have them in a mail inbox.
You did not answer me - what mail component are you using? SMTP?
Also - which exactly 'date and time' are you referring to, when saying they are incorrect?

With all these redirects on success on your pages i cannot even see the response returned from your server. I can recommend you reapplying the mail settings and double checking them (to reapply just open the settings, and save the action file).

Actually - i want to confirm, we do absolutely nothing with dates of the emails. This is all controlled by the mail server you are using...

Not a good answer when you take into consideration your other email extension worked fine before the changeover and anyone else's that I may use as well. You now make a new extension with modifications and one part of it isn't working correctly. I'm sure you will get this same dilemma from other customers soon. I have three different websites with 3 different hosters and the mailer extension is not displaying a receive date when the email arrives. This is not a server problem as it has always worked in the past. If you are not willing to take a look at the details I sent you and Miro yesterday then just say so and I will go find another mail extension that works!

Hello Jay,

Miro is not working at DMXzone anymore.
Also - not only we are willing to take a detailed look, but we already did check all of this with our developers. And what we can confirm is that our code has absolutely nothing to do with anything related to dates/times. This is all handled by your own mail server / mail component which you are using.

Well once again it was working prior 9-16-2016. After that I install ur update then none of them work properly. Very frustrating. This happpened twice before with 2 other exts and had to uninstall all exts and dreamweaver then reinstall. I'm doing that now again and will let u know but this only happens with updates. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Not sure which update are you referring to on 16.09.2016 ... also what extensions install/reinstall have to do with your mail server dates??
You are jumping from topic to topic and refuse to accept where the problem is.

On the contrary I'm on the same topic, your not following that's all.
Try it simple for you. Before 9-16-2016 your mailer worked fine on all of my sites. After your most recent update on the mailer it no longer shows a receive date or time. This is not the server since it was working previously. All this was explained on the email sent to miro which obviously you never saw since he is not there anymore. This has taken effect on all the sites I've used with the mailer ext. When I reopened the sites to do other work on them your extension automatically updates the files within the site like its supposed to and uploads accordingly, but when that happened the date and time no longer appear at the top of the emails when they are received.

The mailer extension has nothing to do with your mail server dates. No update is responsible for this. The updates from last week also have nothing to do with any dates. Tested this today already with several SMTP servers.
There is nothing more I can add. Fix your server.

Just thought to let you know that nothing I have been able to do or any of the hosters involved with my sites about getting the date to show on the actual email being received thru outlook. This is really blowing me away because it did work and now not - can't figure it out! Using outlook with split panes where you see the emails received on the left column and the actual email you select will appear on the right column. On the right column (the email viewer) in the sent: part at the top of the email shows none or gives a date of December 31, 1969. I love you guys extensions this is the only one that has become a major problem for me.

Are you sure this is not an Outlook issue ..? Did you try sending emails to some email address, like gmail for example, where you have web access?
