In the App Connect tab when I select the 'Server Action' under properties, I select the form, and then nothing is showing up in the 'Action' field. This is an html page rather than php, so not sure if this makes a difference. If it requires php, can't I just embed php into the html page?

Our extensions do not require PHP they work great on HTML pages, but i am not sure i understand what and where is not populating. Can you explain a little more detailed?

I am trying to email data when a user fills out a form. When I switch from ServerConnect to AppConnect, AppConnect asks for a Server Action under properties. When I try to associate the form action, I am able to select the form, but nothing shows in the Action field after selecting it.

Are you sure you add a "server connect form" component in app connect?
What is your OS/DW version?

After watching the the video, that is what it requires but it does not populate the action field after selecting it from pop up screen.

Can you try adding it once again after that? Does it work the second time you try to link to the action?

Nope...

It imports the fields, but nothing on server action.

Can you send me screenshots of what are you doing? What fields exactly are imported?
