The problem I am having is that there are certain characters that are not displaying (polish language)

The cms is strong the info correctly in the database (and if you edit the story, it still shows correctly on the backend)

Charsets and encoding are correct.

It should show as:

Could you please help and recommend a solution?

i've sorted this now - it was an encoding tinymce issue
