Could you please explain what exactly the issue is?
Have you followed the tutorials - if yes what's wrong? please provide a link to your page where we can check this.

You cannot paste code here because of security reasons ...

So on your page i see a huge mess.

I see animated arrow buttons in the header pointing to: href="#first" but your div container with id="first" is not properly styled and it is not where you expect it to be ... your other contains have floats applied to them and this one has no styling, so the browser sees it as if it is located at the top of the page. Please fix your layout issues first and this will fix the scrolling issues ...

if i scrol down with the bounced arrow, it scrolls up but is does not recongnize the fixed header so the text is coming to close to the navigtion header

But it's the div with the id="p7PM3_2" that stays fixed, not the one having id="top-nav". Please add this id and try again.

Also you are missing an "#" before the id in the smooth scroll configuration: prntscr.com/kq25rf

if i put in "#" than nothing works anymore and p7PM3_2 is already an id so i cannot put another id in it or am i wrong?

03 Sep 2018 13:25:19 Teodor Kuduschiev replied:
Berry, you are using a WRONG ID in the header field in smooth scroll config. There you must put the ID of the element which height must be calculated on your page!
In your case you should enter: #p7PM3_2

Now the id is properly set.
The problem is with your navigation. When initially the page loads it does not have any height applied to it. It only get a height when you scroll down and then it becomes fixed.
Smooth scroll reads the height on page load, and when your navigation returns nothing it breaks it. You have two options - either add a height to your navigation and keep this id in the smooths scroll UI, or just remove the id from there and add "60" (without quote) in the offset field.

Ok i understand that and i put in an ofset in as you told me .
But why is the smoothscroll not working anymore when i put the hash sign before p7m3_2 as you told me and without it it works fine as you can see in the link i sent you.
When i put it back in again it is not working anymore but in the tutorial and you explanation i have to put it in
f i put in "#" than nothing works anymore

But you are using 2 different elements on the page for mobile and desktop - this is not possible with a setup like that.
Usually you have 1 navigation, not 2. And usually you have a height set to it, so that whenever it changes for mobile it also works. That's not possible in your case - this is a really strange navigation script you are using and it is really strange you have 2 navigations and not just one responsive.
