I am now getting , when trying to connect to SQL via Server Connect - the error "Undefined"

I know you will ask to check the Web URL - but I have checked mulltiple times and it is all OK.

Why is this not connecting please - I have spent over a week now trying to connect like it should!

Can anyone please help
