App Connect API Data Source forcing header in lowercase

Hi Guys,I'm using App Connect API Data Source.
There are two issues I am having and would like advice.
1) how do i switch the API call between GET and POST. The current API I am using is giving a [HTTP/2 405 Method Not Allowed 304ms]
The API needs the POST used.
2) what is the header names forced to lowercase? Should the header info not have first letter capital?
How can I achieve 1)?
