Is there anyway to get Pure PHP Upload version 1 to download teh mxp file? I purchased both the original and version 2 but I'm having trouble getting version 2 to do what I want and I know I used to get version 1 to work. The problem is I can't find the version one mxp file. It used to be available in my DMXzone area but isn't anymore.

Is there any way I can get this?

Hello Bill,

What would you want to do with ver.1 that could not be done with ver.2?

Sorry, it turns out I just needed version 2.1.9. Once it went to 2.1.10 it seems it wasn't working for me. I had version 2.1.9 already so I just went back to that.

Just to explain a bit more. At least from what I can remember. WHen I used Pure PHP Upload 2 and Smart Image Processor 2, it would only process one image even though I was trying to get it to do multiple images. I followed the instructions very closely and I know I was doing it right, it just wouldn't work. It might have been doing all the full size images and just one thumbnail or vice versa. I can't remember the specifics now. I played with several settings and never got it to work.

So I ended up just going back to Pure PHP Upload version 2.1.9 and Smart Image Processor 1 to get it to work.

I did just upgrade to a new mac and CS5 version of Dreamweaver. Before I was on CS3. Maybe that is why it wasn't working? Any ideas?

Thanks and sorry it took so long to reply.

One last update. Ideally, I would like to get PPU2 and Smart Image Processor 2 to work on my new DW CS5. Especially since I tried to install the old Smart Image Processor and the install process won't complete. I guess the old one isn't supported for CS4 or CS5.

Hello Bill,

Yes, you are correct. SIP 1 and some earlier versions of 2 are not compatible with CS4 and CS5.
Will see about the PPU2 SIP2 working in conjunction.
