here's my problem, hope you can help: I am using PPU2 and SIPP2, both time the latest versions. I am also using PHP5 on my server, it's a hosted solution- my individual setting capabilities server side are limited.Here's the scenario:

Image upload from a website. Various users are uploading images. hard to control how / in what condition they upload their files, but one main issue stands out: the filename extension.

Let's say a user uploads a Jpeg file, and he calls it Image.jpg - everyting's fine. Snother user comes and uploads Image.JPG. Now the problem starts: It's not seen as a unique image, thererfore no renaming. Another issue: my website cannot differentiate between lower/capital letters. lots of images got uploaded through your asp solution and renamed to lower case .jpg. now in php, those files are not recognized and displayed.

Any help from your side getting this issue fixed? Thats really a pain.

Ok, just think thats a shame that there is no support. anyways. is there a chance to use the rename feature and get a solid unique naming in place without the issue of capital letter file extensions? This is a question especially for the DMX Zone folks - hope you can help.
