Just installed DW CS6 and Mountain lion on my laptop and desktop.

I am having a problem with PurePHP upload 2.1.12 on laptop (everything works fine on the desktop)...

When I try to launch the behavior or install I get the following DW error:

I have removed the extension and re-installed and also removed the .mno file from the configuration of dreamweaver.

Actually Dreamweaver and Extensions are not computer type dependable (laptop, netbook or desktop).

So as you are using the same OS on both of your machines there must be something corrupted in the software, most probably in Dreamweaver.
Have you tried clearing your dreamweaver cache and installing the extension again?

I have:
Cleaned the Cache
Repaired Disk Permissions
Re-downloaded the extension
removed and reapplied

Still getting the message
