Hello,
I already had once a strange problem:
If I do connect internally to my web server (windows 2008 standard) with an internal ip address, I will be able without any problems to send e-mails based on templates and with one or more attachments. But if I do connect to the site using the external IP, an error occurs and Smartmailer is stopping his work. The error code is
"\../../ScriptLibrary/incSmartMailer.asp row 1229 Hostname of the certificate is not valid (in German: Hostname des Zertifikats ist ungültig oder stimmt nicht überein.). This happens all the time.
You can find the page for sending e-mails under test.vsbn.ch/cms/email/send.asp ...

Any help would be great!

-Nicolas

Hello Nicolas,

I get a bit different error on your page that renders as "Problem bei der gesuchten Ressource. Sie kann nicht angezeigt werden"

I seems as a lack of permissions to the outer connections.
Please, check that matter.

That's just the "external view". The IIS7 log gives me the following error:

Warning: File C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\LOCALUSER\VSBN\CMS\EMAIL\../../ScriptLibrary/incSmartMailer.asp line 1229 The hostname of the certificate does not match ...

But there is no SSL connetion ... Internally, using the page directly on my webserver (localhost/...) gives no problem.

Any clue about that?

Greets,

-Nicolas
