The site has changed Server and now Smartmailer report an error:

Could not open the URL to the template
Please correct and try againPHP Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in .....

The Manteiner has explained that in the new server the function.fopen is disabled for security reasons.

It's possible to use Smartmailer with an other configuration?

Smart Mailer needs fopen() function to access the template. We cannot do nothing in your case. You need to work this with the hosting company.
