I am getting an error after setting up the form and clicking ok that reads:While executing applyServerBehavior in smart Mailer.htm, a java script error occurred. This is new it was working previously - any thoughts or help on how to fix this??

Please make sure your form has name and id.

Thank you - after clearing the cache and adding a name it stopped
