Hello Daniel.

Please contact your server administrator to check the read/write/upload permissions on the server.

I am receiving the following error:
"NetworkError: 403 Forbidden - http://client.cartoonworks.com/uploads/"

here is the response from the server tech support:

Hi Daniel,

The 403 forbidden error that their support person mentioned on client.cartoonworks.com/uploads/ is because there is no default index.php file in that directory. We don't do directory listings by default on our servers. If you go directly to the client.php file it prints part of what's in that php file but isn't showing any file listings.

There aren't any permissions issues on this domain either. All of the files are owned by the correct user and have the appropriate permissions.

i also tried the following browsers with out any success:

ie 9x
safari, current version
google chrome
firefox, current version

Thanks Again, Daniel

Good Morning

I wanted to follow-up to see if you have discovered why it was not working correctly and not showing the files as needed. i also tried to use the file manager tool also but it did not show any of the files uploaded in the list either.

Thanks Again, Daniel

Have you been able to find a solution to my problem with File Genie so we can finish the page?

I have a deadline to have it fixed and it is coming up in 2 weeks so it is getting to be an issue with my client now.

Thanks, Daniel

Hello Daniel,

What exactly do you expect to appear on your page?
As i can see your page all you did was to include the file genie on it.

Currently you do not have any bindings on your page...
It is described in the users manual how to show a list of files on your page.

I think you missed the following step:

QuoteTo actually show the files on the page open the Bindings Panel. Select any binding. And click on Insert.

New Help Question regarding File Genie...

Wow, finally, i have it listing the files in the selected folder... Thanks for helping me this new process... it took me longer because of alergies being so bad this year ...

Now i have a New problem i need help with!

client.cartoonworks.com/client.php

We need to make every file listed now to be hyperlinked so that when the client clicks on their zip file that it will start the download process for the file...
