... for answers now since June 5th with my first Question...

First, i own 32 extensions that i bought at DMXZone including the newest release this week. I think that would mean something to you but based on the results i am getting now to solve an issue using File Genie and Folder 2 !!!

you were so kind to respond a week ago and so far i have NOT received any answers to my questions to make links out of file names using File Genie and Folder 2 !!!

Here are the results i need help with:

I just do not know what to do to get replies to the support forum or emails and it is like i am down a black hole ...

In your email earlier this week you thanked me for being a customer and apologized for the problem and i then replied again to get an answer to my questions about using File Genie and Folder 2 !!!

Am i missing something somewhere??? Do you still support the 2 extensions?

As i noted in my email to you, i get better response to help questions from Web Assist, Project Seven, etc...

PLEASE!!! Help... A Loyal but currently an UnHappy Customer with just 2 simple needs for answers to my questions...
