Hi Chris,
The Advanced HTML Editor 2 can be used both in ASP as in PHP files. The Image Gallery AddOn for the Editor has different versions available for each language.

Thanks I've been looking at this solution as I've got the webassist HTML editor but it is very buggy!. I think I will make the switch.
