I am trying to get Image Gallery Addon (1.0.3) to work with Advanced HTML Editor 2 (2.0.11). I can upload images perfectly but if I call the gallery I get an error (see below) that the file AdvHTML_Popups\AdvHTMLLib_590.asp cannot be found (and it is not in the directory).

Please advise how I can sort this out?

Thanks,

Cliff

Hello Cliff,

Recreate the Editor, and check the location again for that file.

Hi Miroslav,
I disabled the editor and then deleted it and reinstalled the extension. I still get the same error. The file AdvHTML_Popups\AdvHTMLLib_590.asp does not appear in my folders.

Hello Cliff,
this is how should your AdvHTML_Popups folder look like.

also check to see if you have enough permissions on that folder. And this _590 suffix is kind-a strange.

Sorry but your image is not showing - I just see a place holder and I can't see the image itself.

And, yes, I have full permissions on this folder.

Could the strange AdvHTMLLib_590.asp file name be generated in AdvHTML_Popups\insert_image.html on line 189:

libFile = "AdvHTMLLib_"+libArray[1]+"."+extension+"?libfolder="+libfolder+"&ld="+libArray[5]+"&ldate="+libArray[6]+"&lcss="+libArray[7]+"&";

and see line 155 where the '590' is set.

This seems to be the only place the _590 could come from?

Hello Cliff,

What browser you test the page on and does this happens in each one? What is your server OS? Also please check out in AHE UI if you have set the height and width of the gallery window.

Hi Miroslav,
I tested under Firefox and IE and had the same problem under both (running on Windows 7). However, the good news is you have fixed my problem - I did not have the dimensions set for the image gallery. It now works. Are the dimensions in pixels?
Thanks for your help with this.
Kind regards,
Cliff
