I think I have successfully installed and enabled the extension. But now I don't know how to get the DMX toolbar to show. It is not it in the view-toolbars pull-down menu. I feel a bit foolish, especially because I used an earlier version of the sitemap generator on an earlier dreamweaver version; some help would be much appreciated
