Hi,

Is it possible to to set the frame rate for the flash swf file or does it come as standard (if so, what is it?)

Also, if you import the Active SS Pro .swf into another flash file .fla as a movie clip, will the redraw of the bitmaps stay within the size defined in DW or will the redraw adopt the dimensions of the new host swf? This is important as CPU usage which is maneagable on 300 / 400 movie becomes unusable if redraw adopts the size of another much bigger movie.

Many thanks - btw, it's an awesome piece of work!

Nick

Hi,

One other question. With the dynamic XML option, in your tutorial you show that filename and duration can be taken from a database. Is it possible for every option (e.g. transition type and ease method) to be taken from the database?

Many thanks

Nick

No it is fixed framerate. You don't want to change that as we even bypass the framerate and work with timers to deliver the smoothest transitions.

Yes this is possible you can add a slideshow with the loadMovie command and if you pass it width & height parameters than it will be made to fit example the clip size.
